Our process

The same five steps on every deck, so the results are consistent from level to level.

    Clear debris

    Sweep, blow, and haul trash so the wash water carries grime, not litter, to the drains.

    Pre-treat

    Apply cleaner to oil spots, grease, and stained walls and give it time to work.

    Hot-water surface cleaners cover open deck and sidewalk evenly.

    Detail edges

    Wands on curb stops, wall bases, columns, and corners the machine can't reach.

    Rinse & recover

    Final rinse, then wash water is squeegeed to our recovery vacuum or to approved drains, and the level is ready to reopen.
